Q: What time is check-in?

A: Check-in is at 4pm. Although these are monthly furnished rentals, we still have them thoroughly cleaned after each guest. We schedule our housekeepers well in advance and want to be sure that they have plenty of time to complete their task before you arrive. Please mention any special time needed to the Property Manager when you arrange for your stay.

Since we will generally not be able to greet you in person when you arrive, we have lock boxes or smart locks located at each home for your convenience. If you have any questions about your arrival or departure please contact us at (541) 815-8200 Option 2, or email at: [email protected]

Q: What time is check-out?

A: Check-out is at 11am. Although these are monthly furnished rentals, we still have them thoroughly cleaned after each guest. Please mention any special time needed to the Property Manager when you arrange for your stay.

Since we will generally not be available in person when you depart, we have provided lock boxes or smart locks at each home.

If applicable, please be sure that you leave the original set of keys in the lock box when you depart. There is a fee for any lost keys or if the keys are not returned to the lock box. Q: What if I am arriving early?

A: We understand that things don't always go to plan. If you need to arrive early in the day due to flight schedules or driving conditions please call us at 541-815-8200 Option 2, and let us know as soon as possible, prior to your arrival. Our housekeepers need to be aware so they can adjust their cleaning schedule if possible. Additional fees may apply, please contact us if you have any questions.

Q: What if I am arriving late?

A: We understand that things don't always go to plan. If you need to arrive later in the day, our easy, no-contact check-in will not be affected. However, please call us at (541) 815-8200 Option 2, and let us know about your plans. The keys will be in the lock box, and in most cases, we leave the front porch light on for you. 

Q: Are your rentals pet-friendly?

A: Yes, we do have some units that are pet-friendly. Some will accept dogs, some cats. However, not all of our homes are. If you plan to bring your pet, please notify the Property Manager as all pets must be pre-approved at booking.

Q: How do I get my mail and packages?

A: We ask that our guests do not receive mail or packages at the home. We do not guarantee that your mail/packages will arrive and anything received before/after your departure will be disposed of. There are multiple UPS Stores in the area, plus several Amazon Hub Lockers. You can also arrange for a PO Box during your stay by calling the USPS at (541) 318-5068.

Q: Where is My Lucky House located?

A: We are located in Bend, OR. Often referred to as Oregon's playground. Our easy to find office is located at 1293 NE 3rd Street between Greenwood and Olney.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Any notice of cancellation must be in writing. Cancellation at any time results in forfeiture of $500 of the initial deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in the forfeiture of the entire paid deposit. Refunds are not given for cancellations for any reason (includes: weather, travel delays or illness). In the event that My Lucky House is able to re-rent the unit for the time reserved a refund may be provided, less a processing fee of $150.

Our office hours are 9AM to 4:30PM, M–F, however our office is currently closed to the public due to the pandemic. Our staff is available during office hours by phone, email or video conference. Tours are available by appointment only. If you are calling outside of office hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you when the office re-opens. Thank you for your interest!
