Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in starts at 4pm. Lock boxes are attached to our homes for your convenience.
Q: What time is check-out?
A: Check-out time is 11am.
Q: What if I am arriving early?
A: We understand if you need to arrive early in the day due to flight schedules or driving conditions. We do, however, politely ask you to call us (541-383-1780) and let us know if this is the case prior to your scheduled arrival. Our housekeepers need to be aware so they can adjust their cleaning schedule.
Q: What if I am arriving late?
A: We understand if you need to arrive later in the day. Again, we do, however, politely ask you to call us and let us know if this is the case prior to your scheduled arrival. In most cases, we leave the front porch light on, and the key is in the lock box. Owners and Lucky Vacation Rental are not responsible for late check-ins or early check-outs, some fees may apply.
Q: Are your rentals pet-friendly?
A: Yes, we do have some units that are pet-friendly. Some will accept dogs, some cats, so please check that the house you are interested is pet-friendly.
Q: Where is My Lucky House located?
A: We are located in Bend, OR. Often referred to as Oregon's play ground. Our, easy to find, office is on 3rd street between Break's For Less and Bend Upcycle.
Q: What is your cancelation policy?
A: Any notice of cancellation must be in writing. Cancellation at any time results in forfeiture of $50 of your initial deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in the forfeiture of the entire paid balance. Refunds are not given for cancellations for any reason (includes: weather, travel delays or illness). In the event that My Lucky House is able to re-rent the unit for the time reserved, a refund may be provided for the amount the unit has been re-rented for, less a $150 fee.
